Database problem solved. New user registration are now open. When you register at forum use a valid email address. Forum sends an activation email. If you will not use valid email address then you will not get activation email.
Same thing applies on feed. Many people enter their email address to subscribe feeds. But only few of them activate the feed subscription. It may be possible that they enter wrong email address by mistake or activation email goes to their spam folder.
When you subscribe feeds please check your spam folders too. If you do not get any activation email please reenter your email address to subscribe feed.
